RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goal is to ensure that you love your new piece of Crystalyn Aucoin Jewelry. With this in mind, Crystalyn Aucoin Jewelry (AKA Crystalyn Aucoin LLC, AKA CAJ) will accept items purchased on www.crystalynaucoin.com for exchange or return with the exception of special orders. Please ensure that the item is returned in new, unworn and unmodified condition and is postmarked within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after that.

 

If you would like to return or exchange an item please email for a return authorization at: sales@crystalynaucoin.com with RETURN/EXCHANGE in the subject line.

 

Please pack your item and corresponding Return Authorization in the original box then place it into the designated packaging of your choice of courier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS). For your protection insurance is recommended as well as retaining a shipping receipt. Crystalyn Aucoin LLC is not responsible for the cost of return shipping or items damaged or lost in transit.

 

When your Return is processed, you will be credited in the manner in which you paid and will be notified via email. The credit will be for the purchase price of the merchandise only.

 

When your Exchange is processed, you will be emailed a digital gift card in the amount of the original purchase price of the merchandise only.

 

No shipping charges will be refunded on returned or exchanged items. If the item included “Free Shipping” the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the return or exchange.

 

If you received an item by error or that was defective please let us know by email at: sales@crystalynaucoin.com within 3 business days so that we can rectify the issue ASAP.

 

Items that are special ordered for size, length or personalization (engraved) will be final sale. With this in mind, please reach out to us with any questions you may have before placing your order. Your complete satisfaction is our goal so we encourage your questions ahead of time.

 

Any Crystalyn Aucoin Jewelry Styles purchased from an authorized retailer will be subject to that retailers return policy. Please contact the retailer directly to return or exchange.

Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable digital merchandise credit to be used at www.crystalynaucoin.com Please reach out to sales@crystalynaucoin.com to initiate the return with RETURN in the subject line. If the item was special ordered or personalized the item is final sale. *Some exclusions apply.

 

ONLINE ORDERS

 

Due to the volume of orders many Crystalyn Aucoin Jewelry styles are made to order. If the item you would like states “backorder” or “out of stock” please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. If you need it sooner please reach out via email to sales@crystalynaucoin.com to see if accommodations can be made.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Items listed as “In Stock” will ship out within 1-2 business days and will be mailed via USPS Priority with insurance. This type of shipping typically delivers within 1-3 business days. All jewelry shipments will require a signature upon delivery and a tracking number will be provided. We recommend using a mailing address that typically has a trusted recipient available to sign for the package.

 

If the item is “In stock” and Overnight Shipping is selected, please allow one business day of processing before the item is shipped. However, we will do our best to expedite orders as fast as possible. Please email info@crystalynaucoin.com with any special requests or concerns.
